SUMMER CANNING WORKSHOP 10 AM-3PM $140
Location: Mystic Sky Ranch, midway between Dripping Springs and Blanco
We are Crazy for Canning! Come and spend a summer morning canning the best of summer fruits! Strawberries, Blueberries and Tomatoes!
I’m putting my spin on the tomatoes, we are making my Roasted Ranchero Sauce, a classic go-to Tex-Mex staple. Great for Enchiladas, Huevos Rancheros or just with chips. It also makes a great soup base. You will love the Strawberry and Blueberry versions of Jam, utilizing fresh summer basil and local culinary lavender.
As always for our workshops, we will be serving you a light lunch midway through class to keep you going. There may or may not be some homemade biscuits to sample our jams with!
Come join us for some summer canning fun. Everybody goes home with the fruits of our labor!
