About Your Instructors:
Philomena Aceto has been a chef for over 20 years. She specializes in the Mediterranean cuisine that she grew up with. Funny, outgoing, and innovative, Philomena incorporates her zest for life into all of her dishes, teaching students how to live, love, and celebrate life, through the world of food. She currently teaches private cooking classes in her East Dallas studio.

Sally Wilkins has been in health and fitness for over 20 years, but it was yoga that changed her life.  Sally has been studying and practicing yoga for over 12 years.  Her practice began in the Ashtanga tradition but as her practice grew, she had the opportunity to explore many different styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga.  She completed Bryan Kest’s 6 Month Power Yoga Teacher Training in 1997.  Sally has also been inspired by Ana Forrest, Tim Miller, John Schumacher, Dona Hollman, and Richard Freeman.  Sally’s dynamic teaching style guides you through a progression of asanas, linking breath to movement, allowing each student to discover and develop a meaningful individual practice.  This flowing form becomes a moving meditation.  Her students often experience a sense of wellbeing, which extends beyond the class into their lives.

Madeleine Terry is an experienced teacher, bodywork practitioner and spiritual mentor.  In private practice since 1983, Madeleine focuses upon developing the body-mind connection and promoting wholeness in her clients.

Sibby Barrett has 30 years of combined business experiences in bakery and restaurant ownership, floral and wedding business management, catering and event planning. She is the owner of Dallas Affaires Cake Company and Onion Creek Kitchens.  Onion Creek Kitchens offers a full curriculum of cooking classes, “Tastings” events and custom designed retreats.  Sibby’s intimate knowledge of food and food preparation makes cooking feel effortless and enjoyable.

Retreat Cost: 2 nights, Double Occupancy $575.
Includes: Retreat Courses, Food and Wine. Space is limited at the Farm; some attendees will be lodged at select places within a ten-minute drive of Juniper Hills Farm in the amazing Hill Country!
