Our Juniper Provence Spice Mix contains traditional herbs found in French Culinary Herbes De Provence with the addition of a taste of the Texas Hill Country, extra rosemary, lavender and bay leaves. Use Juniper Provence Spice Mix on roasted chicken, lamb, pork, beef or fish. Sprinkle on vegetables before roasting or grilling. Toss with warm, toasted nuts and olive oil or salted butter. Sprinkle onto a dish of good quality olive oil for a delicious Mediterranean flavored dipping oil.
