Lodging Policies

POLICIES-LODGING

Check in time is 3:00 PM ~Check out time is 12:00 PM**

*If you need a late check out, please ask.  If it is available, we will try to accommodate you.  Unfortunately on days that we have back-to-back rental, if you have not vacated your room(s) by 12:45 PM, you will be charged for an additional full day rate. This includes being on the property, in the pool, etc.

Weekend stays have a 2-night minimum, unless a room is available on the Monday morning prior to the weekend of your desired stay.    You may make your stay Thursday-Friday, Friday-Saturday, or Saturday-Sunday as your two nights. Midweek stays, Sunday-Thursday do not require a two-night stay.

 

RESERVATIONS/PAYMENTS FOR CONFIRMING LODGING:

One and two night stays require payment in full in order to confirm your reservations. For stays longer than two days, your balance will be due 21 days in advance.

 

Casita Verde: Maximum capacity, two

Casita Roja: Maximum capacity, two

Casita Tierra: Maximum capacity, two, unless paying extra $35. per night fee for linens for Queen sofa sleeper, then Maximum capacity changes to four.

Studio Suite: Maximum capacity, four

Add 15% up charge per person, per night for over two guests

 

RESERVATIONS/PAYMENTS FOR CONFIRMING ALL OF OUR ROOMS:

When renting all units, one half of your total will hold the rooms. The balance will be due 60 days in advance. If you wish to rent all rooms for a special event but would prefer that each of your guests pay on their own, just ask us to put a courtesy hold on for you. We will then allow each person to book individually. We will hold the rooms for up to 60 days in advance, at which time rooms must be paid for or they will be released. Cancellation policies for single rooms would then apply to each guest.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY LODGING:

Deposits/payments will be refunded when cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to event date or lodging date. A $45.00 cancellation fee per refund will be charged for refund transactions. If you would like to come at another time and lose no value, just ask and we will hold a credit for you to use at another time.

 

For cancellations received 13 days or less prior to an event or lodging, no refund will be available unless we are able to rebook your lodging in which case a refund will be issued, less the $45.00 fee. If you find you are unable to attend an event or come for your stay, you may transfer your lodging to another person of your choosing, just let us know! All of our Policies apply to Gift Certificates as well. All refunds will be made by check.

 WEATHER CANCELLATIONS AND EMERGENCY CANCELLATION OF EVENTS:

If Onion Creek Kitchens at Juniper Hills Farm cancels a class due to weather or other emergency situations; we will issue you a full refund.

 We cannot issue credits or refunds for weather related incidents if we are open and the majority of our guests, students and clients make it here.

 We cannot issue refunds, credits or rescheduling for lodging, classes or events that are cancelled due to your medical or family emergencies.

 GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Our confirmation and cancellation policies apply to all gift certificates and certificates obtained at charity events. When using a Gift Certificate please let us know upon making reservations so that we can make note and verify for you. Certificate must be presented on the event or lodging date. Protect your certificate. Any additional fees not covered by your certificate must be paid upon booking.

SMOKING IS PERMITTED ON ROCK PATIOS AND DECK AREAS/PORCHES ONLY. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR ROOMS.
