Ten Lucky People™
Assemble a collection of your closest friends or family
for a group cooking celebration. Nothing says
"fun" like cooking in the Hill Country!
You may book a private cooking class or event on any weekend
or weekday that is available. The minimum fee for a Private
Cooking Class is $1500, 12 maximum students, no minimum. We have lodging to accommodate 10-12 people, however,
you are not required to book lodging for an overnight stay
with your Private Class. If you do book lodging, weekend classes require a two
night stay. A
weekend "two night stay" is qualified by any date that is on
either side of a Friday or Saturday. Weekday classes do not require a two night stay. We will craft a menu to suit your needs for your group.

Random Acts of Cooking™
We are flying solo! No net, no recipes! This
class is full of surprises inspired by chance finds. Sibby
shops nearby farms and markets earlier in the day and presents
you with a beautiful table of fresh, local ingredients.
Experience spontaneous cooking at the whim of the seasons
bounty. The students make up the menu, using our well stocked
pantry. No two classes are the same! This is the class

Cooking Retreats we can fashion the entire weekend,
focusing on a theme for the weekend. Perhaps you would
like to perfect the art of cooking fish. Grilling fillets
or a whole fish, pan sautéing, poached fish, picnic
lobster salad or fish “En Papillote”. Or maybe you
would like to focus the weekend on Mediterranean Cooking
or Pastry Making. Whatever your fancy, we will
tailor the weekend especially for you and your guests.
