Class Policies

RESERVATIONS/PAYMENTS FOR CONFIRMING CLASSES, DINNERS OR EVENTS:

Individual class, dinner and event fees must be paid in full in order to confirm your place in a scheduled class or event.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposits/payments will be refunded when cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to event date. A $45.00 cancellation fee per transaction will be charged. If you would like to come at another time and lose no value, just ask and we will hold a full credit for you to use at another time.

 

For cancellations received 13 days or less prior to an event or lodging, no refund will be available unless we are able to rebook your class, event or dining spot, in which case a refund will be issued, less the $45.00 fee. If you find you are unable to attend an event you may transfer your place in class, dining reservation or event to another person of your choosing, just let us know! All of our Policies apply to Gift Certificates as well. All refunds will be made by check.

 

UNREGISTERED GUESTS:

We do not allow unregistered guests on the property. For insurance liability issues as well as for the enjoyment of all of our guests, we must limit the number of people on the property to paying guests only. If this rule is not observed, we reserve the right to ask your “guests” to leave and you may be subject to ejection from the property as well, whether your stay has been completed or not.

RESERVATIONS FOR PRIVATE CLASSES:

Your total balance for a Private Cooking Class is due in order to confirm a date.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WHEN BOOKING SPECIAL EVENT:

Special Events require a 30-day cancellation notice.

Refunds Special Events:

 

  • _____30 days or more: full refund, less $100.00 fee

 

  • _____29 -14 days: 25% will be retained

 

  • _____13 days or less: no refund can be issued. If we can rebook another event we will hold a credit of full value towards another event at another time.   All refunds will be made by check.

 

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS AND EMERGENCY CANCELLATION OF EVENTS:

If Onion Creek Kitchens at Juniper Hills Farm cancels a class due to weather or other emergency situations; we will issue you a full refund.

 We cannot issue credits or refunds for weather related incidents if we are open and the majority of our guests, students and clients make it here.

 

We cannot issue refunds, credits or rescheduling for lodging, classes or events that are cancelled due to your medical or family emergencies.
