Peppermint
Mojito

Finely crushed peppermints, peppermint
cocktail rimmer or a mixture of red and white coarse sugar
(baker’s sugar).
Moisten the edge of two Champagne flutes with lime juice. Rim
with peppermints or sugar.
Muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, sugar and grenadine in the
bottom of a shaker. Add ice, rum and Schnapps and shake to
mix. Strain mixture into two champagne flutes. Top with
Champagne. Garnish with peppermint.
